Refund policy

Custom Products: All sales are final. No refunds or returns possible. Make sure to type your custom name and number correctly and choose the correct size. Size chart is found under each product.

If there's a noticeable printing, product defect or recieved damaged, contact us so we can replace or refund it. Contact us with your order number within 20 days of receiveing your order, with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.

If we can't replace or refund the product, you'll be compensated with a coupon code worth the same as the product with the error/quality issue.
