Custom Products: From order to arrival takes anywhere from 10-28 days, although mostly under 14 days. Track your order following a link in the order confirmation email, here you’ll be able to see the estimated time of arrival. The email is sent to you shortly after you've placed your order.

Shipping times may vary depending on where you live, when you ordered (weekend, time of day), which product or how many products you ordered etc.
